Based between Belgium and Norway, Icelandic choreographer Bára Sigfúsdóttir talks about working ‘between reality and imagination’ in preparation for her new piece Upside Down, and revealed her most personal choreographic feature: her feet and hands. The film also includes excerpts from her 2015 piece The Lover.
